Responsible gambling

A bet is a way to pass the time, not a way to make money. Adults 18+ only. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

Think of betting as fun you pay for with spare money, and keep it that way. You have to be 18 or over to take part. No app, bonus or system takes away the chance of losing. A welcome bonus just raises the amount you have to wager, it doesn't improve your odds. The moment it stops being fun, stop and walk away.

How to stay in control

Set a deposit limit before you start, and treat it as a hard stop, not a target.
Cap how long you play and take regular breaks.
Don't chase your losses by betting more.
Keep rent, food and bill money well away from your stake.
Switch on deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in your account settings.

Signs of a gambling problem

Get help if youbet more than you can afford, borrow money to keep going, hide it from people close to you, feel anxious about it, or can't stop when you meant to. Any one of these is a sign to take a break and ask for help.

Self-exclusionWhen you need a proper break, switch on the self-exclusion tool in the app to lock yourself out for a set time. It's the strongest limit you can put on yourself.
